Available options for the Premium trim include a wireless charging pad, a navigation system, and a black exterior accent package.

Power Options

Power for all three Mazda3 Hatchback models comes from a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 186 horsepower. It works with a six-speed automatic transmission with sport mode, and every trim comes standard with front-wheel drive. Mazda offers all-wheel drive as an option on any trim or model. All trims also have Mazda’s SKYACTIV Dynamics with G-Vectoring Control Plus, which maximizes control of the vehicle’s torque, steering, and acceleration. If you prefer a manual transmission, you can get it with the Premium trim equipped with front-wheel drive.

Safety Features

All Mazda3 models have several standard safety systems, including a rearview camera, anti-lock brakes, and traction and stability control. All trims also come standard with several advanced safety features, including lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, a blind-spot monitoring system, and Mazda’s adaptive cruise control system with stop-and-go. No matter which trim you choose, you’ll also get automatic emergency braking, automatic high beam headlights, and a driver attention monitor.

All Mazda3 trims also come standard with a tire pressure monitoring system, the LATCH child safety system, an engine-immobilizer anti-theft system, and a keyless remote panic button.

No matter which Mazda3 Hatchback trim you choose, you’ll get a strong engine and the option for either front- or all-wheel drive. Moving up through the trims adds more comfort features in the cabin and extra sporty features if you choose the Premium.
