I own a 2012 Mazda3 and a 2008 Miata. Flood Mazda's service department has taken care of both. They're polite and helpful and don't push aggressively for unrequested add-ons to my service requests. The waiting area is comfortable and the work gets done in the time promised. I've never been a fan of dealer servicing but Flood is an exception to the rule.

I was pleased with the check-up for my car at 70,000. I was given the sheets to read, to see what was checked. Always pleased with car clean-up, washing. I had car inspected too. I got a price on a brake job which will be needed by winter. Length of time was longer because of inspection check. Car has been fine since I bought it in 2017. Glad I did. I always get my oil changes here and they do an excellent job of accommodating me when I show up without an appointment right as they are opening. In the past when I've dropped my car off for service it included a car wash and a vacuum, but this time there was no vacuum for some reason. I don't know if there was a policy change or it was just an oversight it was disappointing.

I went to Flood following a disappointing experience with my Hyundai dealership when the time came to trade in my Tucson. I chose Flood in particular because of the respectful treatment a close friend received there last year. And because they were close to home. I was not disappointed. Had an excellent experience with Phil Barry and Cody Harvey at Flood Mazda in Wakefield. They didn't make me feel intimidated or rushed. I'm female, have borderline credit, and had a very old trade with high miles. I bought a 2014 Subaru Impreza and couldn't be happier with the condition of the car, the ride, and the price. I recently purchased my new car from Flood Mazda. My salesperson was Dave Corrigan. Right from the start I felt comfortable and not pressured at all. Dave was very informative and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business at Flood Mazda.

This was just about a perfect car buying experience. I'm also writing this as someone who has spent my entire career in the automotive industry, from selling cars to training dealerships in processes. 

First off, the car was the best price I could find within 100 miles for the specific used vehicle i was looking for. I was a little skeptical at first, expecting some hidden fee that made up the difference - but nope, their standard dealer fee is lower than average, and nothing else. Being almost 2 hours away, I decided to basically buy the car over the phone, so had to put some trust in these guys to be upfront and transparent about the vehicle condition and the whole buying process. 

Jason(Business Development Manager) was great to work with over the phone - upbeat and positive, great personality, and laid out all of the details and answered every question I had without sugarcoating or dancing around anything. If I called and couldn't reach him, I'd get a call back within minutes. He really acted as more of a partner in the process vs. a salesperson. Couldn't have been more helpful. 

Cody(Finance Manager) was also very helpful and responsive. Got financing lined up quickly and everything was upfront. 

When picking the vehicle up, Phil(Sales) spent some time with me to make sure I understood all of the vehicle features, and was also great to work with. 

Bottom line, is this is how buying a car should work. Fortunately, more and more car dealers are doing things the right way, and Flood really lays out the blueprint of how easy and pleasant buying a car can be.

This was by far the best dealership I went to in the search for my new car. The salesman,  Richard was low-pressure, thorough, funny and put us at ease.

He offered me the best deal possible. We ended up buying the car that day. I can't say enough about how amazing Flood Mazda is and if you go there ask for Richard. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing an automobile!

Just had the very best car buying experience ever!  Everyone we interacted with was very professional, courteous, polite, kind and most important to me, genuine.  From first contact with Jason (J. Guilbault the Director of Business Development) via emails and calls the week leading up to the sale, to meeting with Zachary (Z. Albanese our Sales & Leasing Consultant) today, to closing the deal with Cody (C. Harvey, Finance Director), it felt like one smooth, no-pressure, no-gimmick, honest transaction.  Have never been treated so well by a car dealer.  Felt I got a (MORE than) fair deal and I also feel like they thought my business was important to them.  They went out of their way to get me the car I wanted, though I actually ended up with an even MORE equipped model - still within my budget (which was pretty frugal).  If you are thinking about buying or leasing a car please call, email, or visit Flood Mazda in RI.  If you are in CT, it is very much worth the drive!

Not only did they make the buying process straighforward and hassle-free (seriously, the price we saw online was what we paid) but we've been very happy with their service department. We just passed our three-year warranty by a couple of weeks, and they went out of their way to fix a glitch that would have been covered. Would definitely recommend them if a Mazda is on your short list.

My husband and I just moved to Ri from the NYC area, so we needed a car immediately. We went to Flood Mazda to look at used cars and they were able to help us find one with our specifications and price range quickly.

Keith and Cody were phenomenal throughout the process. We financed through a company with which we have other products, rather than going through their in-house financing. For that reason, we couldn't drive the car off the lot right away. They didn't push us to finance through them, and when they found out that we didn't have a car at all (we didn't need one in NYC), they did everything they could to get our car processed quickly so we could pick it up a few days later. Keith even picked us up to bring us to the dealership when the car was ready to go.

Since we just got this car, we (hopefully) won't need to go car shopping for quite some time, but when we do, I'll be making Flood Mazda my first stop.
