Hi, welcome to Flood Mazda's sales floor. My name is Cody Harvey. I started with Flood Mazda 3 years ago, that was the start of my career in the automotive industry. I started working for Michael Flood washing cars, and whether you are moving cars on the lot or running his sales desk he treats his emploees with the utmost respect. Welcome to Flood Mazda. My name is Steve Furtado, and I am the Service Manager at Flood Mazda. I am a 1998 graduate of New England Technical College located right in the heart of Rhode Island. Having ten years in the automotive business I am a Certified Mazda Advisor, along with a Certified Body Shop Mechanic. I also hold a Certification in Automotive Appraisal. I have a passion for the automotive business, and I take great pride in what I do each and everyday. Flood Mazda in Wakefield, Rhode Island is honored to have Rhode Island’s only Master Certified Technician. Bruce Hanson has been a Master Certified Technician for Mazda over the past 23 years. Bruce is a native of Rhode Island, and loves what he does each and everyday. He goes above and beyond to service the customers that walk into Flood Mazda. His pleasant personality brings out the warmth in everyone around him, and he is always teachings others his knowledge of the Mazda product. Bruce took part in the Mazda Master Technicians Competition in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, and won in 2004, and in 2006. He then went on to the Nationals in 2004 and in 2006. Bruce is Master Certified, ASE Certified, and L1 Certified. Bruce also has achieved many awards throughout the years for his Customer Satisfaction, and his loyalty to Mazda.
