Dear Mr. Flood,
I am very pleased to have this opportunity to send along
this note to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the recent, very
enjoyable auto shopping experience I enjoyed at your Flood Mazda dealership in
Wakefield. And to thank you, Mr. Flood, for being such a wonderful resource and
valuable part of our South County Community.
As you so much well know, an auto shopping experience today
can be a challenging, daunting and even stressful experience for the buyer.
There are so many options out there, the competition fierce, the information
voluminous to process, the financials of it challenging, and (in some cases) the
staff/sales personnel can be aggressive and pushy. All of these factors can
combine to make what might be a happy experience a difficult and arduous one.
I write today because my experience at Flood Mazda this past
week has been none of the tough aforementioned, but rather a refreshing,
educational, rewarding and positive experience, from A to Z. Therefore, given
the very welcomed ease, comfort and pleasure of my FLOOD Experience, I thought
it appropriate to let you know, and that you'd appreciate knowing. Hence my
note. After all, quality and excellence start at the top. I am certain that the
courtesy, care and professional excellence of your Flood Mazda staff, indeed
all of the Flood Locations here in RI, emanates from and takes its
lead-via-example from you. So, thank you for all!
My Flood Experience began about 1-week ago, as my first
visit for my auto needs was made to Flood. I am a leadership volunteer member
of the local, long-standing youth organization … The Washington County Raiders
Pee Wee Youth Football & Cheer League. Established in 1955, we have served
several thousands of local children over the decades and, we feel, given our
distinctive history and commitment to the community, we share with you at Flood
a positon of leadership service and success with the community, one which
garners much admiration, gratitude and respect.
Please know that The Raiders Community/Family holds you, Mr.
Flood, and your entire enterprise, in highest esteem. You have been an
exemplary, Leadership Sponsor for our kids over the past decade. We recognize
and celebrate your kind support always (as it is of instrumental value to our
mission); you are recognized as The Official Car Dealer Enterprise of The
Raiders; and we strongly urge our entire Raiders Community to visit Flood for
all of their Auto Needs! It is why I came to your door first (and also because
of your superlative reputation).

You staff at Flood Mazda is a very fine one. I would like to
recognize the folks I worked with and cite them for their superior and
superlative assistance and service. My sales/leasing consultant was Phillip
Barry. Phil was a true gentleman-professional and treated me excellently all
the way through. This over several phone and email communications, and 3 visits
to the shop. He provided patience, information, keen insight, guidance,
solutions and made it work.
Additionally, I interacted with the following special
persons, all of them good and helpful to me: Russell Cunha, Cody Harvey,
Charlie Metivier and Jennifer Huntsman. These folks were all excellent, one
better than other, all of them kind, helpful and gracious to me. It is unusual
in today's hectic, busy, no-time-to-spare business world to find so many good
folks in one setting. They are gems and assets for you, Mr. Flood, all of them.
I would not hesitate to return going forward and will happily advocate and
encourage friends, family and associates to make Flood their Auto Destination
In summing up, my time at Flood was first-rate all the way,
primarily spent with Phillip, Cody and Jennifer. The experience with them
inspired me to lease one of your new Mazda vehicles. Phil walked me through
every step carefully and professionally, in a superlative way. Cody made the
numbers work and the deal possible, earnestly, smartly, expertly and swiftly.
And Jen was friendly, gracious and helpful … with several details and her
thoughtfulness, with perfection. She also made possible a shuttle ride for me
from my home to come in to pick-up my new car (she sent Mr. Lee … and I enjoyed
my ride with him very much). She is an excellent hostess and customer service
liaison for you and your Mazda team.
Again, thank you Mr. Flood for being such a valuable
resource for our community with your auto group and services. Thank you for
your ongoing leadership support of our Raiders Boys and
Girls. And thank you for making it possible for me to, happily and fully
satisfied, drive my great, new Flood Mazda. Am pleased and proud to drive with
the Flood Name imprinted on my new car!
