Dear Mr. Flood,

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to send along this note to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the recent, very enjoyable auto shopping experience I enjoyed at your Flood Mazda dealership in Wakefield. And to thank you, Mr. Flood, for being such a wonderful resource and valuable part of our South County Community.

As you so much well know, an auto shopping experience today can be a challenging, daunting and even stressful experience for the buyer. There are so many options out there, the competition fierce, the information voluminous to process, the financials of it challenging, and (in some cases) the staff/sales personnel can be aggressive and pushy. All of these factors can combine to make what might be a happy experience a difficult and arduous one.

I write today because my experience at Flood Mazda this past week has been none of the tough aforementioned, but rather a refreshing, educational, rewarding and positive experience, from A to Z. Therefore, given the very welcomed ease, comfort and pleasure of my FLOOD Experience, I thought it appropriate to let you know, and that you'd appreciate knowing. Hence my note. After all, quality and excellence start at the top. I am certain that the courtesy, care and professional excellence of your Flood Mazda staff, indeed all of the Flood Locations here in RI, emanates from and takes its lead-via-example from you. So, thank you for all!

My Flood Experience began about 1-week ago, as my first visit for my auto needs was made to Flood. I am a leadership volunteer member of the local, long-standing youth organization … The Washington County Raiders Pee Wee Youth Football & Cheer League. Established in 1955, we have served several thousands of local children over the decades and, we feel, given our distinctive history and commitment to the community, we share with you at Flood a positon of leadership service and success with the community, one which garners much admiration, gratitude and respect.

Please know that The Raiders Community/Family holds you, Mr. Flood, and your entire enterprise, in highest esteem. You have been an exemplary, Leadership Sponsor for our kids over the past decade. We recognize and celebrate your kind support always (as it is of instrumental value to our mission); you are recognized as The Official Car Dealer Enterprise of The Raiders; and we strongly urge our entire Raiders Community to visit Flood for all of their Auto Needs! You staff at Flood Mazda is a very fine one. I would like to recognize the folks I worked with and cite them for their superior and superlative assistance and service. My sales/leasing consultant was Phillip Barry. Phil was a true gentleman-professional and treated me excellently all the way through. This over several phone and email communications, and 3 visits to the shop. He provided patience, information, keen insight, guidance, solutions and made it work.

Additionally, I interacted with the following special persons, all of them good and helpful to me: Russell Cunha, Cody Harvey, Charlie Metivier and Jennifer Huntsman. These folks were all excellent, one better than other, all of them kind, helpful and gracious to me. It is unusual in today's hectic, busy, no-time-to-spare business world to find so many good folks in one setting. They are gems and assets for you, Mr. Flood, all of them. I would not hesitate to return going forward and will happily advocate and encourage friends, family and associates to make Flood their Auto Destination too.

In summing up, my time at Flood was first-rate all the way, primarily spent with Phillip, Cody and Jennifer. The experience with them inspired me to lease one of your new Mazda vehicles. Phil walked me through every step carefully and professionally, in a superlative way. Cody made the numbers work and the deal possible, earnestly, smartly, expertly and swiftly. And Jen was friendly, gracious and helpful … with several details and her thoughtfulness, with perfection. She also made possible a shuttle ride for me from my home to come in to pick-up my new car (she sent Mr. Lee … and I enjoyed my ride with him very much). She is an excellent hostess and customer service liaison for you and your Mazda team.

Again, thank you Mr. Flood for being such a valuable resource for our community with your auto group and services. Thank you for your ongoing leadership support of our Raiders Boys and Girls. And thank you for making it possible for me to, happily and fully satisfied, drive my great, new Flood Mazda. Am pleased and proud to drive with the Flood Name imprinted on my new car!

I am very picky, ask a lot of questions and require a salesman that is very patient. That is exactly what I got out of Charlie at flood mazda. he never let on that i was driving him crazy or wasting his time which made me feel comfortable. The most common thing I have seen with salesmen is how pushy and arrogant they are and how they love to talk down to women. The worst is, is when you are telling them what you want or your concerns and not only do they not listen, they try to tell you what is "good" for you. I did not experience any of this when I went to flood mazda and worked with Charlie. The place was spotless, everyone curtious, and everyone greeted me with a smile. Cody was very patient with my questions as well and extremely informative. Both men were very personable and made me feel welcome not just because they were making a sale but because they are genuinely nice people which was easy to tell. I already have and plan to continue recommending Flood Mazda to others and want to thank both Charlie and Cody for all if their help! I love my car! Thank you! "Best Auto Purchase Experience Ever" My wife found this dealer after we had resigned ourselves to purchasing something used due to our requirements and budget not quite being aligned. We thought it was too good to be true when she stumbled across them and their new prices were competitive with the 2 year old used prices we were seeing up in the Boston MA area. I called and put a deposit down after a short chat (with Charlie) and was put in touch with one of their sales people within a few hours (Cody - great guy). There was no bait & switch, no pressure up-sell, and nothing but friendly people. We drove down that weekend & our new vehicle was waiting for us - exactly as it was advertised. The vehicle had 7 miles on the odometer. After a test drive they spent the next 2 hours on the phone finding financing that was competitive with the interest rate I got approved for before we drove down. They looked after getting the MA registration done for us as well. I've never had a smoother or more friendly and competent experience buying a new car. I highly recommend these guys. They're worth the drive from the Boston area.

Me and my wife had the best car buying experience at Flood Mazda!!! Completely different from our past experiences at other dealerships! Russell was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was honest and clear with us right from the start. He was focused on giving us what we wanted, not on what they were trying to get rid of. In the end, we received a very competitive rate much lower than what other dealerships were offering us. I had the great pleasure of going to Flood Mazda Dealership in Wakefield, RI to purchase a New 2014 Mazda CX5 Grand touring today. I can not say enough about this dealership and it's staff. From the time you enter the place to the you leave with or without a car is outstanding.  Yes, I did purchase a cx5. They do not pressure you and they let you look and if you need help they are Johnny on the spot. It is not a long ride from anywhere in the State of R.I. If you are in store for a new car go and look,if not you can still look and meet a great bunch of sales and office staff.

I am rating their service department 5 stars. After moving to Florida and using a different Mazda dealership (Rhode Island owned). I couldn't appreciate Flood Mazda more. They will not screw you over and tell you something needs to be fixed when it doesn't. They will bend over backwards for you for nothing. I can think of over three times they could have stolen my money but didn't. They always washed my car in and out every oil change. They kept track of the oil changes for me to make sure I got my 5th one free. I get none of this at the Florida Mazda dealership. I miss them so much! I also bought my pre-owned car from them and even though the sales people can be pesky, I am so happy with my Mazda 6. I would probably drive up there to buy another car from them!

I recently purchased a new Mazda3 from Flood Mazda and I had a great overall experience. I began with an online quote request, which was quickly followed up on by the manager. After additional research, I decided that I wanted to get the car, I went in and began working with Russell Cunha: a wonderful sales person & the general manager at Flood Mazda. Russell got me through the process very efficiently. The finance rep explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and the office turned the paperwork around in short order so that I could sign and get to my next appointment. Russell had the car ready when I wanted it, and went over everything in the car before I drove off. Moreover, Russell has been amazing since. He has helped me with many questions that arose after-the-fact. I would highly recommend buying from Flood Mazda, and working with Russell!
